Outstanding handling of my mortgage. It was handled so well and every step was guided and all my questions where answered in a pleasant way. No question is a dumb question. From beginning to end I was guided.As a veteran I was I really appreciated the continuing coordination that was given to my mortgage package. They called me, I don't know how they got my number. After asking to not be contacted the opposite happened. I started getting more calls. Definitely felt like they were not a legit or ethical business. No respect for boundaries. I asked multiple times for them to stop calling and texting me. Felt like I was being harassed. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated and judged by your VP *****************************. His treatment had a discrimination tone all over it.
