Just because my stress level was off the roof I did not have the best time going through the mortgage process. We had a great experience with Federal Savings Bank. Their online portal where you can upload your personal information for the underwriter is extremely user friendly and helps you stay on top of what is needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would highly suggest them for your mortgage needs.
The loan process was quicker than expected. The only issue I had was trying to get a appraiser out in a reasonable time. The staff worked on this issue for me. I am happy and very satisfied with the loan.
We had a great experience working with *********************** and his team. As first time home buyers we were unsure as to the process, we received a lot of information that was extremely useful as we started to look for a property and later on when we applied for our mortgage. The process was smooth and communication with ***** and his team was prompt. We are extremely pleased with their service and will recommend them to all our family and friends.
This was my 3rd experience with a refi and my FIRST experience dealing with a professional team who followed through on what they said they would do. I am not a customer of this bank and will never be. I am sick and tired of receiving their "Available Funds notices". I am not interested in a loan or refinancing. EVER!!!!!So please STOP!
