We got a house loan with the federal savings bank, the loan officer was horrible, he was only nice the first time we met, all the sweet talk but I shouldve known better to see the red flag when he responded with attitude with I said, there is got to be a way to negotiate the rate he had just given us, anyways we decided to continue and yes of course me never responded in time and he was only fast to reach us when they needed something to get the application going, they were always messing up with paperwork and the loan offic... read more
