This firm is sending misleading advertisements regarding "equity distribution" regarding our home. It looks very official with "Final notice" on the front which makes it look like a collection agency. Their logo makes them look like a Government agency, they're not. This is misleading advertising by mail and should be stopped.

Yousuf ****, NMLS# *******, is the most unprofessional person at The Federal Saving Bank! When I shared my concerns about my VA loan. He mocked me over the phone and in a text message. I had to block his phone number to keep him from calling me after 9pm and harassing me. I would caution any military member dealing with this individual and whoever he is affiliated with (The Federal Savings Bank)! Terrible experience with Marquis ***** and team. After months of working through a refi in which all needed documentation was given day one, I have had to tell them to close my file. I lost the mortgage rate lock due to the lack of communication and diligence from this team. Such a waste of time, money, and of course losing the locked-in rate. I would never recommend this bank to any individual looking for a mortgage. I would leave zero stars if I could.

BEWARE!! Beware on choosing this bank for your home Loan!!!! RUN as far you can and never look back since this bank will only waste your time and no approval will come. - fake promises made and lost a lot of money from this terrible unprofessional bank. I started my process in mid May 2020 to close on my new home and the underwriter plus mortgage banker (NITI ******) had no clue what they were doing since day one. Best customer service ever. Pam and her team did a phenomenal job! From beginning and throughout the entire process, Pam was available to answer questions, provide guidance and assist me in the home buying process. Daniel and Lena also provided outstanding service. They were patient and helpful when I had questions and Lena helped me get the documentation I needed to provide when my power went out for three days.
