I had never heard of The Federal Bank as I haven't been back in the US for that long. I received a letter in the post re: refinancing and I did respond to see what they had to offer. I am so glad I did. I had checked out other offers from banks and even my original mortgage lender for the 2 duplexes I was refinancing, and they could not offer anything as attractive as what the Federal bank offers.
