The worst refinance experience ever. A 30 day refinance turned into 111 days due to incompetence and unprofessionalism throughout the entire process. Once closing was completed I was assured my January 2020 payment to my previous lender was made, on time, but it was not paid until Jan 22nd resulting in a late fee and 21 days of interest I had to pay, since at the same time I was billed for my February payment from Federal Savings which included interest for the entire month of January. Nothing but lies. Were told they would not run our credit card, they attempted but luckily I am smart and gave them one I knew would not work. Lied about the closing date, lied about submitting papers, lied about our title.
Our mortgage banker Derek was assume! Derek was available at all times. He helped alot after regular hours, making his personal cell phone available. Derek went above and beyond to help use get this refi closed in a very timely manner. Derek was very knowledgeable, and Professional.
Excellent bank with great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I am a return customer and would return for a third time.
Brian and Kristin were outstanding throughout this entire process. We were always kept aware of the status of our loan and it was a very easy and painless process. My wife and I appreciated the attention and quick responses when we had a question. Great job and we will definitely be recommending these great individuals, especially Brian, to our friends and family.
Greg and his team of highly competent, extremely professional, extremely accessible and just overall great individuals made our experience with our mortgage as possibly smooth and enjoyable as a purchase of a new home could be. I am leaving this review since I review everyone and everything. I'm easy to find on ******reviews. I received a letter in the mail from them at least 2 times a week. I would always just throw them away. I was at the gym and my wife sent me a text message to check them out when I got home. I read the letter as always it states, there is 1,688.40 available to me the homeowner listed abouve (me) and is limited at MY discretion. So, I call. After seven months of dealing with refinance that was suppose to take 30 days and multiple closing dates that was promised to me but never met . I had to withdraw my application and seek another bank because their lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism. I was approved for a loan that never closed based solely on their interest rate.
