He is very knowledgeable with VA loans, and he knew of a special circumstance involved in this refinance opportunity (a second mortgage requiring subordination). Our experience was seamless and went as smoothly as we had hoped it would.
I called them because they sent me an available funds report that looked like something from the VA with funds owed to me. The person who took my call began speaking to me about VA loans being over charged. After I would not give him my SSN he became frustrated and wouldn't answer my question if this was about a refinance. I worked directly with Wesley ******* through the entire process. The process had its fair share of road blocks due to Covid-19 and other uncontrollable factors. However, Wes adapted to those road blocks and provided much needed support and guidance throughout. Not to mention he managed to lock in a rate for me that I didn't think was an option - saving me a lot of money. I would highly recommend him to any friend or family member. The guy knows his stuff.
