Very poor company to lease from. They never follow through with their repair tickets. Had a bathroom sink faucet leaking, called to put order in (along with other issues) They never came to fix any of the issues. I was moving out of the apartment and they informed me that it would cost be over $1,000.00 to take my name off the lease (my roommate was still staying there until the end of the lease). I have worked with two of CMC's properties now for a few years and they are absolutely great! They truly care about their tenants and are open to new and creative ideas. I highly recommend CMC.
Demasiado dinero por tan poca atención. tengo 4 meses aquí y desde que me mude estoy esperando vengan a repara algunas cosas esenciales. Son muy buenos para mandarte cartas donde te piden aquello y lo otro y cobro por esto y aquello. Todo para aya y nada para acá. es solo apariencia por fuera. Ahora mientras escribo esta cayendo agua del techo y eso que vivo en un primer piso. Dios!!!. Grave error
Absolutely horrible and avoid like the plague. When making a request for maintenance be prepared to wait many days for minor issues that may only take 30 minutes to resolve... when it comes to BIG things such as a leaking roof be prepared to wait 1-2 months for them to even resolve or fix the issue (had to remind office multiple times that the leak was roofing and ceiling plaster was falling on my daughters toy because "they lost the ticket" or "never got the Voicemail"). My wife and I pay nearly $800 a month to live in a glorified junkyard. A Jeep was towed on to the property almost 3 months ago, it has had 2 flat front tires sitting in the parking lot for 3 months, nobody cares! By far, the most incompetent company I’ve ever rented from. I rented from BRG for 6 years before moving here, never Saw a junker in their parking lot for more than 48 hours. Do yourself a favor, rent from another company!
Don't move here. It's disgusting and management is TERRIBLE. Every single person in that works in the Princeton Square off is just a piece of shit. It's So many hidden things they "forgot" to mention when talking about the apartment & apparently they "lost" my deposit until I said I had my receipt then all of a sudden he found it . Pathetic. And they don't update anything unless it breaks and literally can't be used. Ohh don't let me forget they are good for just randomly shutting off your water and not telling you ahead of ... read more
