Two major leaks literally two weeks apart. The forum only sent people to vacuum it up and no one to check the remaining damage. There’s mold on the ceiling and our clothes are ruined. They won’t even help up pay to do laundry or come clean the carpet. I’ve lived here for two months and the management is a nightmare and will not work with you to fix the problem.
The apartment is decent, but the service is AWFUL. We have had yellow jackets coming into our apartment through the vent in our bathroom for weeks. We have called and left messages and submitted online maintenance requests. When I finally got a person, she told me it wasn't an emergency and HUNG UP on me while I was speaking.
Would not recommend! overpriced, understaffed,noisy neighborhood with band practice all hours of the night from high school next door. Management is rude , hardly ever in office. Worst housing around

Don't move into Saratoga Place Apartments. I have lived there for 3 years. The last 2 years I have been there I haven't had working Central Air. Their maintenance guys are useless and incompetent.
Lived there and there was mold all over and they never took care of it. We broke lease because it kept us sick and we told the office a cpl months before and they sued us for breaking the lease early. Place is a joke
What is that? PEE in a bucket under our stairs. 3/26/19. A homeless man sleeping under our steps on 6/1/19. And of course roaches in the hallway in April. No secure entrance or security light. Even though it’s “in the works”. What are the next steps to this disgusting place? #brandychase #yuck oh I also have video of a flood in the ceiling of our bathroom from the upstairs tenants toilet. It was just painted over. We have only been here a little over a YEAR
Currently fighting to have animals removed from above my fireplace. Constant noise and disruption 24 hours a day, and the women in the office refuse to do anything other than call someone to place outdoor traps that do nothing. I pay hundred of dollars to live here and get no peace and quiet whatsoever. Do not rent from these people. Once they get your money, you are trash.
I would not recommend the farm to anyone they had problems with bed bugs management is horrible maintenance guys don't know what they're doing rent is too high water bill is too high it was Thanksgiving and took a long time for maintenance to come do emergency maintenance job blamed us for the problem something was always wrong with the pool either it was broke or not enough chemicals I would not live here if I was you I lived here for 3 years and it sucked
