RecommendedLived at The Farm about 2011-2017. Management & Maint. very responsive, helpful and friendly. Mary manages all very well. I'd move back without hesitation if that was my destination. The rents for the sq.ft and amenities fair market.
I live at The Farm at Taylor Mill for 2 years and they just kept raising the rent. Plus, they pulled the moving out fees out of thin air.

I currently live at the Brandychase Apartment complex. They are completely unprofessional in their dealings with residents. I have had to have them come out to spray repeatedly for insects such as ants, spiders, and so forth. When I first called I was told “well that just comes with living on a slab,” unfortunately for them I grew up in a house on a slab and never had these issues in our home. CMC is a terribly run business with unhelpful staff. I was given a promise date for my lease of when my apartment would be ready and they not only broke that date and the contract, but they refused to help me in returning my deposit. I waited for over a month and called their office, left voicemails, emailed, and ended up having to go in person to get it. Once in person they tried to tell me there is only one person in the office who can sign checks and tried to send me home again. I have never had to fight a company so much... read more
The Farm is a terribly run business with unhelpful staff. I was given a promise date for my lease of when my apartment would be ready and they not only broke that date and the contract, but it has been over a month and I still have not gotten my deposit back. I have called multiple times and been told it was being taken care of and still have received nothing. Do not waste your time or money with CMC Properties.
