1- You Raised my rent by $200 with less than 2 months notice so that I was stuck in a lease and unable to find a new place to live in such short notice. 2- the pools and gyms are now completely closed and yet NO MAINTENANCE is being done to update or fix any of their issues. When I first moved in years ago I posted five stars but I think they deserve none. We reported black mold multiple times and there was water damage all in the bedroom. This place sucks

Our landlord is a beautiful soul as well as the staff at riverwalk, however as a company, CMC is awful. Due to the corona virus my business had to remain closed, I do not fall under the essential category as well as do the stores who wholesale from me so all sales have come to a halt. You’d expect during this time for them to make a deal for the well being of its renters who already MASSIVELY over pay for their properties.
Raising your prices during a global pandemic? Wow, real scum move. I hear you haven't improved much since I lived at lake shore apartments, which you managed. So glad I moved when I did. If your thinking of renting a place from these slum lords, word of advice, just dont.
Overpriced, management/maintenance is rude
They could show up to their appointments that were supposed to be scheduled! Extremely unprofessional, waited over a half an hour for someone to show up, and no one ever did. Highly disappointed!
I lived there they suck they look on your computer I caught them on my web cam police would not do any thing bad management they was only going to give me 2 months to leave cause of problems I had in that apartment was not my fault had plumber there 5 times they cut all trees and pine trees down to cover them selves on bath tub issues health board was there 2times bug men there 3 times I had to pay for first one building 364 apartment 4 I was there 2 years had to get all new furniture when I moved wow
