I would not recommend the farm to anyone they had problems with bed bugs management is horrible maintenance guys don't know what they're doing rent is too high water bill is too high it was Thanksgiving and took a long time for maintenance to come do emergency maintenance job blamed us for the problem something was always wrong with the pool either it was broke or not enough chemicals I would not live here if I was you I lived here for 3 years and it sucked
RecommendedLived at The Farm about 2011-2017. Management & Maint. very responsive, helpful and friendly. Mary manages all very well. I'd move back without hesitation if that was my destination. The rents for the sq.ft and amenities fair market.
The rent is too high for what it is and they pull the moving out fees out of thin air.
The Farm is a terribly run business with unhelpful staff. I was given a promise date for my lease of when my apartment would be ready and they not only broke that date and the contract, but it has been over a month and I still have not gotten my deposit back. I have called multiple times and been told it was being taken care of and still have received nothing. Do not waste your time or money with CMC Properties.
Absolutely horrible and avoid like the plague. When making a request for maintenance be prepared to wait many days for minor issues that may only take 30 minutes to resolve... when it comes to BIG things such as a leaking roof be prepared to wait 1-2 months for them to even resolve or fix the issue (had to remind office multiple times that the leak was roofing and ceiling plaster was falling on my daughters toy because "they lost the ticket" or "never got the Voicemail"). The only reason I live in these apartments was because they were the closest thing to work that was available when I was in another state looking for a place to live. These apartments are not terrible, but are extremely overpriced, after I moved in I found way better apartments that were much nicer, bigger, and $100 to $200 dollars less. The water is messed up and every month the water company tries billing me for the water I use and the water the people below me use. Been here just a few months, but feel like we are home again. We lived at The Farm 1999-2001 while our house was being built. My daughter and I moved back to The Farm in December after my husband died. Mary, Cameo and the rest of the staff have been wonderful.
