Great experience. Very helpful staff. No pressure, straight forward. Aside from waiting my turn for financing/dmv stuff, it was a quick process. Shannon with internet sales was great, and Dave did a great job walking me through my new Jeep, and Kelly in financing was very helpful and responsive.

We just had a great Jeep purchase experience with Kyle Willams at Faricy Boys. We test drove different Grand Cherokees in stock, but they didn't have all that we wanted. They looked at other dealers inventory and still couldn't find it. We ultimately ordered a 2016 Eco Diesel Grand Cherokee Overland. Kyle was very helpful and not pushy. Worst dealership EVER!! They charged me to instal a part that they never actually installed, had me sit around the dealership for six hours pretending to work on my jeep and never even looked at it.
