I am writing about the great ease of dealing with Faricy Boys. Greg Kohl, my significant other leased a Jeep in December and were quite happy with our experience at that time. We were involved in the crazy hail storm and went in with the large insurance check to see what could be worked out. More than 5 stars needed for our experience. Worked with Joe, Leon, and Tom in sales and financing and it couldn't have been better. They offered fair value for our trade and never tried to take us out of our budget. They kept us well under our price range and not once used gimmicks, or tried to upsell features, options, or more than we asked for. When buying a used car from out of state you have to put a lot of trust in the folks you're dealing with. Joe McNulty was hands down the best used car dealer I have ever dealt with. His customer service was stellar, and he made what could have been a very complicated and stressful transaction smooth and worry free. It's that kind of treatment that makes people come back, and when ready I will be back. But for now I love my Volvo. Thanks Joe.
I bought a 2016 wrangled and as soon as I left I never heard another word from them..never how do you like your new jeep..no surveys..nothing in and out like a fast food restaurant..never go back again..commercial is all lies
