I’m not sure where to start. My daughter’s jeep threw a rod, leaving a big hole in the engine block. Thankfully she bought the platinum warranty when she bought the car. I don’t know if it the warranty company or the service department that held this process up so long, but we didn’t have her car for 8 weeks!! Never an offer to get us a loaner or rental, until the last 2 weeks. And that’s only because once we were told 2 more weeks TWICE, I was very disgruntled.
