My husband and I have bought around 8 cars from Faricy. We have worked with David Baldini each time, and our salesman for the last 3 were Tom. Always a pleasant experience--very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to deal with and they always give us fair trade value for what we are trading in and a great deal on the ones were buying and have never had a problem with any of our cars. Faricy Boys is the only dealer we trust!

Love my new jeep! Kerri,Tom & everyone we encountered at th Faricy Boys were so helpful and easy to work with. We shopped at a couple other dealerships looking for our new jeep and Faricy was by far the best in selection and customer service.

My husband has been waiting since 7:30am to be seen. It's now 11am. They give him no explanation other than, "it'll be another 20 minutes." Terrible customer service. Providing more information and realistic expectations would be incredibly useful here.

One star since they like to have a racist employee by the name of Kendall Marie Ionita on their payroll. I wish I had the ability to post images on this so I could post the screen shots of her racist comments. According to Kendall her company doesn't care that she posted what she did to a page with an audience of 11 million people. What an awesome representation of your company �

Marc Wilson was beyond helpful. This was my first time buying a car by myself and he made me feel completely at ease. He was knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He helped me pick out the best car for myself. If you're headed in to find a car he's the best!
