I like going here for eye exams, I think they look for everything possible that may be wrong with your eyes and I like knowing not only are they correcting my vision but checking for abnormalities inside my eye and overall eye health. The students are very pleasant so are the Dr.s...HOWEVER I do not recommend getting eyeglasses from the place inside of the eye institute, the people don't seem friendly, or too busy to help you. My experience with the eye Institute at Chesnut Hill has been a very good experience. All the doctors and staff have been very helpful. I like this facility.
My experience has been good. I only see one Doctor, Dr. Blaustein, and he is the best. However, my granddaughter recently went and had a horrible experience. The doctor she saw was impatient, rude and not at all responsive to her needs.
My experience was not that good,i chose here because of its location,but i am willing to drive a little further next time.
