My Appointment was for 8:45 arrived at 8:40 waited for about 10 minutes before I was called too the back, they did alot of test found out I have two Cataracts schedule my surgery spoke with Dr. Lewis, he was very good, schedule my surgery same time as my father in law who also have to have a cataract removed... Great experience don't mind the time I spent felt like they wanted to make sure the had everything right
I always have a great experience here I’ve been going here since I was a kid I just don’t like getting my eyes dilated
My appointment was 8:15. I was seen on time yet I was there until 11. Overall my appointment was good. Went to the optical department where I waited about 20 minutes to be seen. Didn’t leave there until 12. Need more affordable glasses for people. Mostly was very expensive glasses.
Definitely had a good experience with them...all the drs I seen(around 50+) was good to me.... treated me with respect and care...I will recommend them to anyone with eye issues like myself �
This is my first contact to make an appointment at the eye institute, @ this time awaiting 17:50 minutes on the phone for appointment. Hoping this is not how business is done. I'll see
My daughter is visually impaired. She was referred by the commission for the blind. She comes on the regular 2 to 3 years, so know the time frame of the visit. On average its a 3 to 4 hour visit. Multiple eye equity test performed and if something needs additional testing that would be done, so that is a very good reason for the longer visit.
