My son's appointment was for 1:15 pm. We arrived at 12:55 pm. We were not checked in until 1:50 pm. He was finally called back to be examined at 2:16 pm. The delay was blamed on "new computer system". It was not a good day.

Staff lack customer service skills. No real explanation what you as a patient need to do at the frame shop. Need improvement and I'm here with my parents but personally will not be coming here for my needs. Not impressed at all.
The exam times are too long!! Had my 79yrold grandmom there for 3 hrs. AWFUL!
Absolutely the worse! You will wait hours to be seen by the specialist. They have no respect of people's time. Been here with my mother for over an hour and they have not called one person to see the doctor. Disgraceful!
I have been on hold for over an hour I finally called the operator got a person that was willing to schedule an appointment had to call back to an unknown person was connected to the same line that had me on hold before!!! Unacceptable
