I went for an appointment to have my vision checked and a contact prescription. I told Dr fu that I didn't not want a certain type of prescription for contacts, but I was given it anyway. (Meanwhile I was charged a $200 contact fitting fee which I had to pay half out of pocket.) I spoke to Dr Fu on the phone explaining I didn't want the specific type of prescription (which was a challenge because unless you beg the receptionist to connect you to somebody, nobody responds to the VMs.) He submitted a new sample order. After snapping my (rigid gas permeable) contact lens, I realized I needed a whole eye exam before I could order a new one. The Eye Center squeezed me in with a next-day appointment, and Dr. Majid was cheerful, pleasant, and thoroughly precise in her examination and explanation of what was happeneing with my eyes. 10/10 would recommend!
From the moment I arrived I was treated cordially, and helpfully. The wait for service was short, the examination very thorough and explanations clear throughout
