The Exchange Lofts: Expensive, But Excellent My partner and I moved to The Exchange Lofts almost a year go. The team at The Exchange is nothing short of phenomenal. Touring the building and the leasing process was easy breezy- the leasing office is opened 6 days a week and you couldn't ask for more enthusiastic property managers. Exchange is pricey but you get what you pay for We moved into the Exchange almost a year ago from an apartment in northern Broward County with horrible management. Greystar's team at The Exchange has been a refreshing change. The units themselves range from considerably large (2000 sq. ft.) to rather small (< 800 sq. ft.), and we live in one of the smaller units.
