I stayed at this complex for 2 years. At first everything was good but after while when I put in work orders to get things fix in the apartment, the maintenance workers would come saying they will order the parts and be back but never came back. Specifically my guest bathroom shower door would not close. I report this on two separate occasions for 2 years. My husband and I have lived at Bruckhaus for eight years, and unfortunately, we have never seen the community decline as much as it has recently. There has been an increase in loud music, disruptive behavior, littering, and trash piling up throughout the property, especially on weekends. The overflowing trash makes the community look neglected and has become a major eyesore. Maintenance concerns also appear to go unaddressed. My friend lives at this complex, and their car has been broken into twice. Last night alone, more than 50 cars were reportedly broken into and residents’ belongings were stolen. The rent is high, with residents paying $1,400+ per month, not including additional amenity fees, yet there is a serious lack of security. I moved into this apartment about a month ago and have had issues with bugs, noise above me and mold smell, I’ve asked for pest to come out and some times they have but not consistent and now to put the cherry on top the overhead above the stove completely fell out while I was cooking. I have asked to be moved and was told that it would take 6 months for me to move. The front office has been kind but I have never seen such inconsideration for someone that just moved. I can’t even enjoy my apartment
