Everyone in the front office is incredibly nice and helpful. The apartment and facilities and awesome. 5 stars!
I've lived here for going on 5 months. I work nights. There has yet to be one week where I haven't been woken up at least 3 times due to people painting the building, people needing to cut into my bedroom wall, or taking leaf blowers through the upstairs hallways. And calling the office staff does nothing. They have extremely poor etiquette and do not care, with a response of "guess you'll just have to deal with it for today". My worst living experience to date.
My family and I moved in almost a month ago and it has been so nice! The staff is so nice and helpful with whatever we needed. This place is 100 steps above all of the places we have lived before! We absolutely love it here!
