Neighbors are loud and I get the smell of weed in my whole apartment from next door!! For the amount of money we pay this is miserable , my wife was woken up at 1:30am from the upstairs neighbors fighting
RecommendedI absolutely recommend The Estates 3Eighty. I have lived here before the property was fully opened. I can truly say that this is a place that focuses on meeting the needs of residents. There is always an event going on and Calvin planned a wine and cheese meet and greet this evening that was second to none. I was able to meet several residents and I am still here having an absolute blast. Estates 3Eighty is not simply apartment living...this is truly home.❤️🍷
I have been a resident here for about 2 years now and this has been by far my favorite apartment complex that I’ve leased at. Maintenance has always been very prompt and thorough. And the front office has been very nice/helpful anytime I’ve had a question or concern. (Especially Calvin) They always offer community events. Today is Wine down Wednesday and it’s a very cute set up. They definitely make sure their tenants are taken care of. If you’re looking for a new home, look no further 💜 #11204
They have such amazing staff very helpful and friendly. Every time I had a question I would call the office and they would answer right away. Me and my wife are so excited to move into our new apartment! Ask for Brittney Ator she’s amazing!
I am a current resident and have been enjoying the comfort of residing in this community thank you most of all to Mr Calvin Reese who was my leasing officer. There aren’t enough words to describe how professional, patient and reliable, most of this company should be made aware how diligent this gentleman is in his work ethics and all he does for the company. I moved my family here this month and Brittany made the application/approval process very simple for out of town residents. The accommodations and amenities were hands down very meticulously maintained and beautiful. My family loved the new place and the covered parking is very well maintained. Last the clubhouse is absolutely beautiful and the workout room has all updated equipment and kept clean at all times. I dropped in and as soon as Brittany A. finished her previous meeting I was greeted and shown the model I was interested in. Everyone in the front office answered and helped me and my mother with any questions or concerns we had. I had such a pleasant experience that I signed a lease on the spot! Overall the apartment was very spacious and has a great layout and the community was very family friendly. Management cares to stay communicative and on top of the tenants’ issues.
