The staff here iuis great I love my new home/appt one of the most frienly places I know. Love it!!! Tyhe office staff Zack Zack is great and helpful, So is the others staff, This is the place I call home!!

I signed my lease in December 2016 and I've enjoyed living at the Estates 3Eighty. The office staff are super sweet and helpful, repairs are quick, amenities are awesome. There are normal apartment complaints like noise levels and fellow residents not taking pride in their surroundings but that has nothing to do with the complex itself. I would have renewed my lease if it was a bit closer to my job!
By far the best apartment company I’ve experienced. Their prices are great, the apartments are immaculate I have no complaints. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. I’ve been here for over a year and I’ve never been disappointed.
The best and most awesome features in an aparment that you can get for the price. Lots of space. Office staff are always trying to help you in the best way possible and work to keep the ground clean.
This property has done a complete turn around since they fired the old manager and hired a new one. Deann (the new manager) is dedicated to making this community safe and comfortable for the current tenants and dedicated to upholding standards for all new residents looking at making this a new home for their families.
