I just want to start by saying contact me if you have any questions about theses apartments. I’m going to Jeep it short and sweet. Management and staff are the rudest people I have ever felt with. Walls are thin. It’s very easy to hear all your neighbors having sex at night. Ceilings leaking my son slipped and hit his head from the water and I called emergency maintenance and absolutely nothing was done. RecommendedI’ve been living at the Estates for about six months now. The workers are so helpful and friendly and it’s a well kept beautiful complex. This morning they had Brunch and a egg hunt for the kids. I hardly hear and noise from my neighbors and there are lots of kids around here. I love my apartment complex.
One of the easiest application processes as well as move in experiences I've ever been through hands down! Monique is such a sweetheart. She even took the time to let me walk around and take photos as well as measure while viewing the unit. She was very accommodating and extremely professional!! The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. My apartment is gorgeous. I've been here 2 weeks now and I couldn't be happier!
I have lived here for 4 months now and I truly love it. I first wanted a apartment on the lower level but so glad I choose the second level instead. There are kids in the area with a playground at the end of my complex but it’s so quiet out here. The staff is so friendly and helpful when you need something. With all the people out here they remember your name. Lol I moved here for out of state and this I my first apartment. I’m happy to say I’m not moving again until I buy my house.
Great place to live. Cathy is a wonderful lady in the leasing office.
Friendly staff, and if you need any maintenance done they either get to your request that day or the day after. Wish there was more community activities though.
Love my apartment complex! Everyone is so nice and anytime I have an issue they are super on it. Couldn’t be any happier. Thank you all staff at estates
