Definitely worth the price! This building is marvelous and the property manager, Angela, does an amazing job making sure you're all set and that the property is functioning as it should. You can't beat the rooftop views, all of my guests are in awe of it. The apartments are great, easy to keep clean. Floors are concrete and steel support beams in the walls make it basically sound proof. I never am bothered by neighbors next to me or above me. We LOVE The Equitable! We’ve been tenants for almost two years at The Equitable, and we’ve loved everything about it. The location is perfect - so close to downtown restaurants, festivals in Western Gateway Park, live music at the Simon Estes Amphitheater, and an awesome Hy-Vee, and in the skywalk so you can get where you want to go even if the weather is nasty. I absolutely love... (Verified Renter) I absolutely love the convenience that the Equitable Building provides, both in the amenities available to residents and it's location downtown. The community here has been nothing but friendly, particularly the other dog owners. I knew right away that I'd made the right choice in moving here.

Parking is more... (Verified Renter) Parking is more complicated and I wish more units had balconies, but otherwise this is an ideal location, centrally located and I suspect not as noisy as other apartment locations downtown.
