The staff are... (Verified Renter) The staff are amazing. Everyone from management to maintenance have made our transition the best it could be. The building is beautiful and we love the friendly community. Management hosts community events regularly which was a pleasant surprise. Potbelly restaurant's deliciousness was also an unexpected bonus.

Everything in the... (Verified Renter) Everything in the building was absolutely gorgeous and perfect! It was quiet and clean but also felt comfortable. The fixtures and layout, along with the views were unbelievably nice.

We've looked at... (Verified Renter) We've looked at almost 20 different places in the downtown area. Each of them has pros and cons. The pros win out for me at the Equitable. But cons are -- windows on many floors that don't open, lack of hall closets in many units, lack of storage in the bathrooms and laundry closet, dark cabinets in the kitchen. But the building is very much the "adult" setting we're looking for.
