Parking expense is... (Verified Renter) Parking expense is very high for retirees and square footage is pretty small for people trying to downsize.

Thank you for your review and candid feedback. We realize any apt located in the heart of a downtown will have additional parking costs. Perhaps I can send you an updated list of parking options located all around us? I have lots starting at $50 per month. Residents may always transfer within the building to a larger apt and our storage cages hold quite a bit for just $25/ mo. Please feel free to reach out to us if you would like to explore larger options.
