We had a wonderful experience while staying at The Equinox! The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I took advantage of the lap pool and spa after a full day of hiking and couldn't have been happier! Two staff members that really stood out for me as going above and beyond where Ari (guest services at the front desk) and Lauren or Laura ( I'm sorry I can't remember exactly her name but she was younger, blond and so friendly!) was our waitress for a catered dinner and catered breakfast the following mor... read more
We enjoyed a most wonderful stay. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that our experience was top notch.
Gorgeous location, awesome view. Super great service. Highly recommend it.
Price to value not adequate. Room was spacious but bathroom was no larger than a coat closet. We had a suite at Orvis Inn and kitchen was not outfitted fully with dishes and utensils. I would go back to Manchester but would NOT stay at the Equinox again.
Very disappointed. My room was at the "Inn" Checked in, viewed the room, and checked out. I went to the manager, to perhaps change rooms and there were non available. He really did not have much to say about this and agreed that the area needs to be redone. Looking at comments back in November of 2016 another guest had the same sort of experience. Clearly it still has not been addressed
