The resort was under staffed. Room was not ready when we arrived. Breakfast took over an hour to the room. Once we arri ed luggage to an hour and twenty eight minutes to get to room. Excursion was 20 minutes delayed. Driver left us in town and we waoyed an hour after calling hotel and advising us he would be here any minute.
Staff was excellent room was clean. The heat in our room did not go above 65 degrees. That was disappointing, next time I will check it before we unpack. However we will be back. The area is beautiful.
