Staff and amenities are exceptional! One of my two prefered hotels. The other one is the Westin in Grand Cayman.
Although we had fantastic weekend, it had more to with the company then the Equinox itself. Our room was clean and spacious. We did experience some issues with our AC not running at night leaving us awake and uncomfortable. We would have loved to see more service on the deck and pool area. For a 5 star "resort" they rely more on self service. After our spa treatment we decided to relax by the pool and grab snacks in order to get service you have to call dine in, order and they will bring it out or you can walk over to the ta... read more
Excellent service, food, scenery, facilities...the whole enchilada!
A lovely weekend with top-tier hospitality and service. Our dog was just as welcomed as we were. Didn't feel the need the leave the Equinox compound as there was everything we could have possibly wanted! Will be returning!
