I had an breathtaking experienced at the Equinox. It is many amenities for a great escape to chillax and be pampered for a week or weekend. Best of all you never know what or whom you will run into there perhaps even a ghost or two. Awesome Sauce!!!
The grandness, prestige and relaxing setting in the hills of VT couldn't get me over the fact that they couldn't check us in until 5pm, never brought us extra pillows, did not clean our room two days in a row and our medium steaks at the Chop House were well done... Overall a nice stay, but they certaintly dropped the ball on a few standard expectations - Everone should demand more from a high end resort. *I will say that the workers at the hotel were very nice, but the hotel overall did not execute at a 5-star level*
The manager sure is making some fantastic new changes. Love the new cars, new hot tub, cocktail hour.
