A disaster. We are Starwood Lifetime members and familiar with Starwood properties. This property makes RRed Roof Inns look like the Ritz. See photos. Mold everywhere in bathroom. No bathroom window treatment to provide privacy from parking lot. This room was gross. I could go on and on but suffice to say - avoid the Equinox.

The resort and grounds are beautiful. They have a nice indoor pool and a library filled with old books as well as a piano with a sign asking guests not to play it. Customer service is lacking. Room was very nice but basic. Just 2 comfortable beds and a bathroom. No desk, table, or other items you might find in a luxury hotel. Food is so so. We waited 1.5 hours at Marsh Tavern and we were the only customers except 1 other party of 3. When the food came, the cast iron chicken was all dried out. Awesome place to sit on the porch and watch the world go by! Great lunch spot with good Bloody Marys. It’s nice to just slow down a bit at the Equinox before you take on the hustle and bustle of Manchester.
I will let you know after they correct the bill they overcharged me for!
We totally will be coming back. Great location, suite and weather. Manchester has been a delightful vacation spot. A special shout out to Grace the concierge that secured us all of the #1 dining reservations in town. Outstanding.
Beautiful historic building, wonderful room and bathroom with lovely amenities! Super clean, great staff - luxury all the way!
