We ended up not staying here due to cleanliness concerns. They were terribly understaffed (Trash hadn't been emptied on veranda - overflowing), hand sanitizer in lobby was empty, room was TERRIBLE. They had one person to work the front desk and there had to be 6 or 7 people on Line. Granted everyone was wearing masks and tried to stay 6 feet apart, but there is only So much room in the lobby. RecommendedPlayed golf at their spectacular course. Course was in fabulous condition. Scenery was breathtaking. Employees were very friendly. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for a romantic getaway to celebrate my birthday. The spa was amazing, food/drinks at the Marsh Tavern were fantastic and all of the hotel staff are great. Can’t wait to plan our next trip back.
We were so excited to spend our New Years Eve here. However, it just turned into such a terrible visit. The hotel was understaffed and underprepared for the holiday. Where do I start? Let's start with: * Upon arrival, 15 or so cars are lined up and parked awaiting valet. There is one valet on staff who is also the bell boy. * We are told to pull up to the end and park. Where my fiancé and I got engaged 🥰 I loved this hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Farthest thing from luxury we have ever experienced. Worst hotel room ever! There isn’t even a chair to sit in. You can hear every time someone opens a door, takes a step, or flushes a toilet! Does this bathroom / hotel room say luxury? I can’t even imagine why someone would enjoy staying here. I’ve lived in dorm rooms nicer than this. A total rip off. If in Manchester VT, which is a very quaint town, please save your money and stay somewhere else!
