Luiz Feliz made finding our new home a breeze. My fiancé walked in on a whim after being disappointed by SO many other complexes and townhomes. He was clear and honest. There were no hidden fees and he made sure to help us with whatever we needed in an expedited timely manner that I would've never expected or gotten anywhere else. We're very excited to move into our new home in a couple days. Very pleased with our experience and level of communication we've received.
My fiancé drove past these apartments to tour another and decided to walk in on a whim after multiple disappointments. We walked in and immediately had an amazing experience with Luis. We were very thankful for an on the spot tour which I'm sure is very rare. We lucked out on getting the perfect apartment with ease. He made the process so easy. Tyler Hinton does excellent work on the maintenance team.
This community is a hidden gem in the perfect location! The staff is so friendly--always saying hello when I'm out walking my dog, and the maintenance team is fast and responsive. My AC was acting up last summer, and Tyler came and fixed it right away. I recommend The Enclave to anyone looking for a new apartment!
