Cheap inside,they even paint right over the light switches and plug outlets,maintenance is very lax I tried to get them to fix my daughters a/c for six months,after several phone calls and office visits they finally sent someone to look at it and they agreed that it was a problem and had an a/c company clean it. The coil was impacted,the fan was so plugged it wasn't circulating air and was full of mold...wish I could post the pics!
best pool and atmosphere in Gainesville . I like that I can always come there and have a good time.
Overpriced. They lie about free food every Friday. They don't enforce the cleaning up after your pet policy so there is dog s*** everywhere. Garbage is regularly overflowing from the compactor so it smells both like garbage and dog poop if you live near that part of the complex. They lied about most people not getting overage charges if you use electricity reasonably (EVERYONE I know has overage charges). They aren't flexible about anything. My daughter moved in on August 10th & I am disgusted with the treatment she has been given. She is paying for cable service & has yet to receive it. She has called countless times. The Cox cable is not at fault. It's the apartment wiring. Enough is enough. They keep saying their coming & never show
