The staff is so nice and helpful,the maintenance team is SO QUICK and RESPONSIVE. honestly, this place rocks and I would give it 6 stars out of 5 if i could!!!

Apartments are never up to date because no one actually inspects the units after people move out so others get blamed for previous roommates’ damages and are forced to pay for it.
RecommendedPolo club has quickly become the best apartment ive stayed in in Tallahassee. Maintenance has filled all requests extremely quickly and Gabe at the front office has worked incredibly hard to make my roommates and I feel at home.
RecommendedLast year I signed a pest with Gabe at Polo Club and it’s been one of the best decisions I made TWICE over the past two years. Gabe made the transition easy, sweet, simple and was there to help me with anything I needed consistently over the past two years. Polo Club is an amazing place and I’m glad you all have Gabe in your team, every team needs a Gabe.
RecommendedBeen living in Polo Club for over a year. They have the best floor plans, location, and amenities compared to other complexes in the same price range. Shoutout to Gabe in the office for always being professional and helpful.
