My living experience at The Enclave Apartments in Gainesville has let me down time after time. I have lived in this neighborhood for two years and five months and my experience consists of a series of disappointments. Forget the rate that they give you upon signing your lease, you will NEVER pay that rate. Living experience was mediocre but what truly makes this a poor review is the terrible management and service from staff. Yes, they are friendly but they are irresponsible and negligent. Save yourself the trouble.
The staff at The Enclave are so friendly and really do an awesome job at working to meet all of the resident preferences in terms of roommates, locations, etc. They went above and beyond to place me next to a group of my friends who were in a different room, which was a rather outlandish request. The complex is gorgeous and the renovations are really nice. I'm so excited to live here these year and am extremely satisfied with my experience already!
I lived at the Enclave apartments for two years and was very happy! The units are very spacious, the bus stops are conveniently located all over the property, and the amenities are awesome! I loved the pond and pick up stations for my dogs. The staff is attentive and always willing to go above and beyond especially the maintenance staff!
After living with Enclave for a year, I decided to leave a long, honest, detailed review for those looking for info on what it's really like to live here. (there is good and bad!) Enclave has it's pros and cons. It is a little but pricey, but you are getting a lot if space in your bedroom (and closets).
