Stayed in the same apt over 3 years, never moved during the college time at UF. It’s the best complex in town as far as quality, safety, price, location and amenities. Check it out & see for yourself!

The Enclave is, by far, the best apartment complex I’ve stayed at. I cannot imagine living anywhere else. The amenities are absolutely fantastic – the pool is cleaned daily, the basketball court is a HIT, the gym has an extensive variety of machines/equipment, the study rooms are quiet, the parking lot/stairs is well-lit at night and the printing/coffee lab is great! Payment system sets residents up to fail. Rent paid on first, Enclave notes that there are NSF (due to glitch in a transfer on our end) in account but doesn't notify resident for FIVE DAYS, thereby incurring $100+ in fees. Staff haughty and unhelpful.
The most inconsiderate apartment complex - won’t price match lower rates for students who renewed prior to coronavirus. Won’t let students break the lease either. Money hungry apartment complex who doesn’t care about their residents during pressing times.
