Absolutely terrible apartment complex. They do not care about their residents and the apartments themselves are in terrible condition. There was mold growing in our apartment, the dishwasher and microwave were broken, there were several broken doors and the place was disgusting when we moved in. To top it off when you move out they charge you an arbitrary amount for utilities for your last month. This means that if they charge you $200 for utilities but you only used $50 you lose $150. The staff here are not helpful at all. They never reply to emails and often avoid their responsibilities. Additionally, they often over-charge you on rent and utility. They once charged my roommate and me twice the utility that we were supposed to pay in that month, and insist we used that much. In the end, I need to call the utility company to make the correction. The Enclave is a great place to live if you want more stress on top of classes, work, or life in general! I would rather not go into detail since judging from their responses to past reviewers, the Enclave will respond with personal business just to try to prove a point. I wasted my time trying to get help from Brett Ducker and Lovette Alligood (asst. manager). RecommendedVery good location for apartments off campus from the University of Florida. Office staff are very helpful and the area stayed clean while I was there. Totally worth rooming with other people here it’s great. Five stars.
I literally just moved in yesterday 8/18/18 and everything that could go wrong, went very very wrong. I’m supposed to be in an upgraded apartment and all the furniture I was promised was not there and to top it off everything was disgusting and dusty. They did not clean the unit at all. I hope my issue gets fixed but this should not have happened in the first place. I want my apartment to match the amount of money I’m paying for.
I got a call one day before my move in date saying the apartment wouldn’t be ready. Safe to say I won’t be living here again
