Last year they went out and bought all kinds of new electric hybrid cars but yet I see them sons of b****** in the gas station on a daily basis putting gas in them well if you're going to waste our money to buy a hybrid car then start plugging them b****** in and start using the electric and stop wasting our money
Too many rate hikes too often. Something is wrong inside empire. Retirement rates too high, people retiring as millionaires at 55 years old....ridiculous
I think empire electric company are ruthless greedy people. They screw the people that don't have a lot of money. I am disgusted with empire.
went to make payment for my son, two different people one in Joplin and one in Neosho were very hateful acting,
Every other day our power goes out for a few random seconds. It's not just us, our neighbor's houses get these random outages too. It's freaking ridiculous.
infuriated right now!!! Empire will not take 200 for a past due account to shut off son's electric...with medical issues and 2 small children...no they want total payment. Can't talk to anyone in authority at Empire....So angry right now.
So you want to raise rates? I don't think so. You guys cant even keep the power on in Joplin.
