My bill this month is over $600. Umm. That is more than my restaurant electric bill wth...I have every power saving option in my home ..... something fishy is going on here!!! I live in a townhouse BTW not an old delapitated house
Seeing they have a monopoly in our area has had an impact on their client relations. Poor customer service and aggressive tactics that are close to extortion are sewn into the fabric of their culture at Empire. There is no one to regulate their poor behavior and the mistreatment of clients. Beyond disgusting if you ask me. They have 1 star reviews everywhere I look on the internet. After having one of the poorest customer service experiences of my life with them, somehow I believe they earned every one!
Was in their offices today with my disabled husband and he needed to use the restroom. We asked if he can use the restroom and was flat out told NO. You can clearly see he is disabled and its so hard for him to comprehend to " HOLD IT". You would think he could be an exception since one of the workers there had just let her granddaughter go back and use their restroom.
