The most frustrating experience with a medical group I’ve had in a long time. I broke my leg and tried to get seen by an orthopedic specialist at this clinic. Long story short, got bureaucratic red tape for 4 days, unhelpful staff who could not answer my questions and provided conflicting information. All I wanted was to schedule an appointment, they kept refusing to do so until they got ‘chart notes’ from the urgent care clinic that triaged my accident.
