Horrible Rats, termites, roaches, spiders, snakes, have fun living in a zoo rather then an apartment complex.
PLEASE DONT EVER MOVE HERE ! DONT !!! If I could give 0 stars I would ! Save your money and find a better place for cheaper. DOK claims to be a nice, affordable apartment community fit for college students, but its far from it. My roommates and I just moved out and we have a way better apartment in the same area for cheaper & I'm extremely happy about it. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! This is by FAR the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in/dealt with. They switch management all the time. They charge you for things you don't do. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU EVEN AFTER YOU LEAVE. The office workers will hang up on you multiple times if you approach them with a problem or concern. THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU HAVE ROOMMATES THAT ARE UNSANITARY AND LET THEIR PETS URINATE AND DEFECATE ALL OVER THE APARTMENT AND FURNITURE. They do nothing. Prices and specials not as advertised Specials were never included in my rent and price all of a sudden rose after I had already moved in. Noisy and loud as well. I don't think they even honored the military incentive as they had said. I would look around for a better place to live.
Yikes with Left Nope Yeah, they're.... This isn't good. I'm currently on this site desperately looking to find something else, it's called "District" and that might make you think of the Hunger Games, and.... You're kind of right. They'll try to charge you for things they never included when you signed a lease half way through it, EVEN if you didn't agree to paying for something (because IDK it wasn't on the lease???), you'll be charged for fire hazards and not told what it was or how to fix it so you can get fined again bec... read more
TERRIBLE Management is clueless; utility bills very high with no explanation. No matching system for roommates. They FEE you to death.

Worst Experience Worst experience I've ever had with any apartment complex. We moved out of Unit 1527-A on July 31 and 2 months later, we received a statement saying we owed $353 for several items which included a charge for not taking out the trash (even though my wife and I cleaned and vacuumed the entire apartment before we left). I both called and emailed District on Kernan to discuss the charges, and over a 2 month period of calling and emailing them, I did not receive 1 response back. If someone rated this place over 1 star they work there This place sucks there is no other way to put it. I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your money. The staff is rude and when we moved in the apartment was trashed and there was still poop in the toilet from the last tenant.
