Don’t Stay Here I resides at the Districts for two years and I wouldn’t recommend this place. The ventilation is horrible and it’s always dusty. Roaches were in my apartment often, and most of all—the management is horrible. They are unprofessional and the front desk employees are rude and unhelpful. Recently I moved out in May and they charged me for 300 dollars worth of apartment fixes on my move-out statement when nothing was wrong with my apartment. Glad To Be Moving Out ! This place is the worst and it starts with the management, they don't return calls, don't take care of maintenance calls or anything else management should do, I've been waiting a week and a half for a return phone call. The grounds (except for the clubhouse area) are horrible, old broken down cars sitting around, pretty sure most of the tenants are drug dealers...this place is HORRIBLE. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

Horrible Management, This is a sad excuse of an apartment complex its absolutely atrocious, the management is completely irresponsible, unresponsive, and will tell you want you want to hear just so you don't talk to them, but will never follow through with reports and maintenance issues, they also tell you that they will put you in room with people who are compatible with you, yet there is no actually system for that, if you tell them that you don't smoke and prefer room WITHOUT smoking they'll put you in a room with someone... read more

Worst place around Do not move here if you like your vehicle or safely. Once a week a different car gets vandalized and nothing gets done. Everything breaks and it will take the maintenance months to even come look at the issue and then more time for it to be fixed. Took 7 months to get a working mailbox key. I speak to a lot of people who live here and we all have the same issues. The office though is even worse. Worst place i have ever stayed. This place has everything you would hate all at one place. Inhave kept my room extemely clean and yet tuere are bugs always making their way in. Every month they find something new to charge me for. Stuff out of my control. The apartment obove me flooded and gallons of water came down into my apartment. They did not clean it up completely...they just stuck industrial dehumidifiers in the room and the walls and ceiling are all still heavily water damaged. 8 days My shower has been broken for 8 days, and I have called 3 times, and came in person 2 times. And every single time they say "I have done all I can do" and make me wait another day. Ill leave another review tomorrow if its still not fixed to give an update ??.

Horrible stay away This place is a joke. I asked to be present during the walk through when I moved out and no call or nothing, just charges. The charges are pretty ridiculous($400 worth). First, the roommate matching is not real because they put me with people who was completely opposite of what I asked for. I told the resident director about damages the other roommate was doing and nothing was done. Plus the resident director changes so much. Cheap for a reason!!! Do not live here! I lived here from 2016-2018. I went to grad school at Jacksonville university and honestly for a grad student, I couldn’t say no to this price. Don’t listen to these reviews Honestly the best place I have ever looked at apartments for. It’s an amazing atmosphere. The staff is hands down the nicest, most down to earth group of people I have ever met. They are upfront and they do the best they can for their people. 10/10 would recommend! I can’t wait to move in!
