If you walk into an office and do not even need to introduce yourself, you know they care enough about you to remember you. They are prompt, courteous, professional, and personable. I got a phone call from Dr. Tilasky himself checking on me to see how my temporary crown is holding up; it's those little touches that let you know they care about their work even after you leave their office. I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Tim. They made me feel comfortable instantly. Dr.Tim was considerate of my needs. He was upfront and honest about some of the options that he thoroughly explained.
Everyone was pleasant, energetic and really seemed to like what they do. That is important.
