Almost 30 minutes for a milkshake, uncaring staff, not all that clean

I waited 30 minutes for French toast. They didn’t have any but they never told me when I was waiting for them. When I asked, they gave me 2 pancakes and said we don’t have French toast. They could have told me before instead of having me wait so long.
