I cannot say enough good about this property! The ladies in the office are amazing! Jessica, is so kind, she takes her time to make sure you understand everything, she seriously goes out of her way to make living at the crossings such a wonderful experience. I lived here for a long time (about 5 years). and when she would send things like lease renewals, she always put stickers on them and it was the cutest thing ever! Jessica is a scam artist! My holding fee was taken and I never got to move in. It was hard reaching her and she was extremely unprofessional, lazy and careless. She’s the reason I never got to move. She needs to be fired tbh!
I have lived here for three years and am going to stay as long as I am able. I love my apartment! It is very quiet here and great neighbors. Any maintenance issues I have had, have been promptly taken care of. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I genuinely don’t know what was worse, the disgusting unit they showed me or the absolute indifference of the leasing staff. This was, without question, the worst apartment tour I have ever been on. I came from out of town for this tour, and the leasing office knew that. Every other complex I visited that day had a leasing agent actually do their job. They all walked me through the unit, answered questions, and attempted to make me want to live there. But not here. Instead, they just tossed me a key, gave me an address, and ... read more
Awful! After a planned day from out of town to go and visit with an appointment. We walked in and were given keys to go check out an apartment. Disgusting!! The place was filled with trash and torn apart. Filthy that this was their model, we went back to ask and she said that’s our model, someone just moved out. Disgusting and unsafe! Seems to be the normal with the reviews.
