Been living in this unit for going on 2 year in a couple more months. The management is beyond combative and does not handle resident issues with clear communication. Water heater broke and sent over maintenance team to repair due to leaking into downstairs unit. I expressed the need to keep doors closed as the outside of all units are infested with bugs. I truly love living here. The management staff is super friendly, and the maintenance team is also very attentive and responds incredibly quickly to any request. So far, everything has been excellent!!
I'm genuinely in love with these apartments. The value of what you get versus what you pay is amazing, and the staff is so helpful and prompt. :)
