The food was spectacular. Really loved the whole experience.
I can't believe I've been missing out on this gem all these years. The food is absolutely amazing and atmosphere is fantastic. I urge anyone who hasn't been to go immediately.

All around awesome experience. Masterfully mixed cocktails and incredibly well thought out tasting menu. Highly recommend the drink pairings. Excited to return in summer to eat in the courtyard.
Had an amazing night out last night with my wife at the Crimson sparrow. Definitely our now favorite restaurant in Hudson and can't wait to go back. The food was amazing and the attention to details were astonishing. Can't wait for the warm weather and the opportunity to sit outside in the courtyard. We even met the chef who was very nice and got to thank him for an excellent experience!
