Peggy and I were at the Crimson the day after the 4th of July. I'm vegan but John and Ben cooked up one of the best vegan meals I have had in a long time, improvising on the tasting menu. Beautifully prepared, deliciously tasting, and healthy... I'm convinced that in the hands skilled chefs, vegan meals can compete on every level with traditional American meals and eventually take over the world! [However, if you are vegan, John recommends that you call ahead with your preference.]
