Our first dinner at The Crimson Sparrow, the well-known destination in Hudson for serious food lovers, was nothing short of spectacular!
Ramen night was superb, an innovative and fun plan for Wednesday nights.
This was an event. 10 courses - all ambitious. Not all were dynamite but they wet all interesting.
Moving here from the city I thought I would never find great food. I was used to eating at all the amazing restaurants the city had to offer. Who would have thought that I would find my favorite restaurant right in my home town!!! Crimson sparrow is an amazing dining experience. We are so lucky to have it in Hudson. It is WORLD CLASS.
