Really enjoyed the pork buns yesterday 🤤 Sat outside in the patio, and it was beautiful!
The Ramen was exquisite. And I say that as a person who moved last summer from Los Angeles, going to Little Tokyo nearly every week and who has been to Japan twice. Very, very good.
Each plate prepared by John McCarthy was exceptional with a few that were off the charts mind blowing in taste fusion Like the maitake mushroom, sweet fern and smoked yolk; the hamachi, nori, Shizo, Yuzu kosho; and pumpkin seed, pine nut, pistachio, bonito, black truffles. What a memorable experience! The waitstaff was immensely courteous with impeccable service and attention too.
